Optional Playground Fund Donation

Roosevelt is getting a brand-new playground this school year—an exciting upgrade for all of our students! 🎉 But we need your help to make it the best it can be.

As part of your PTO membership form, you have the option to make a donation of any amount to support the Playground Fund. Every dollar goes directly toward enhancing the new play space with better equipment, safety features, and fun additions for our kids to enjoy for years to come.

No amount is too small—every contribution makes a difference!
