The new system we are moving to will allow parents the ability to see the entire month at a glance and will provide for increased flexibility when ordering. Ordering will now be open 24/7 and parents will be able to order up until the day before their lunch day.***Please see attached two letters with instructions on how to set up an account. This is a one time process and will store all information for easy ordering.***

* PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFO COMPLETELY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDERS. ONE ONLINE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD YOU'RE ORDERING LUNCH FOR. ONCE SUBMITTED, PTO ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME & NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETELY CHECK OUT AND RECEIVE AN EMAIL.
DEADLINE - Friday, November 17th.
Any online orders submitted after this date will not be accommodated. All orders are final and non-refundable.
FOOD INGREDIENTS
For any questions regarding meal content, allergens, or ingredients used, please contact the business/vendor directly.
ABSENCES or CANCELLATIONS
If your child is absent from school, you will forfeit the lunch for that day. We will not be sending unclaimed lunches home. In case of emergency school closings, we will make every attempt to reschedule cancelled lunches.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via Venmo or Paypal (credit).
Note: Using our PayPal site does not require you to create a Paypal account. We simply use their site to manage our credit card transactions.
Payments made via Venmo must be received by Friday, November 17th. When checking out, please follow instructions carefully to avoid any delays.
NOTE: This is an optional service provided by the Roosevelt School PTO. We assume no liability for any injury or illness that may occur as a result of participating in this optional service.
