Monster Mash Details: 

Friday October 30th, 6pm-8pm
(check in begins at 5:45pm)

• Monster Mash is for Grades 3-6 ONLY
• Tickets $25/child (save $5 with registering two siblings and $10 for registering three siblings)
• Snacks, treats and water will be provided (no pizza, so please serve your child dinner ahead of time)
• Costumes are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
  **Roosevelt costume rules apply**
• There will be games, DJ, crafts, prizes and a costume contest!
• Every child must register online and pay by 10/23/2026. No registration at the door. 
• Credit card payment only, no Venmo. 
• No QR code tickets, child will need to provide name upon checking in.

• Every child needs their own ticket
• Please provide full name of each child attending along with teacher's name

• Parental emergency contact information
• Reminder: this is a drop off event, only those parents volunteering will be allowed to stay and must be in costume.

• THIS IS A DROP OFF EVENT! Only parent volunteers allowed to attend.  
• NO Parking on Summit Ave. 
• Drop off/ pick up for 3rd and 4th Grade will be at the FRONT DOOR by the GYM.
• Drop off / pickup for 5th and 6th Grade will be at the SIDE DOOR, stairs closest to Summit Avenue. 
• Siblings - Oldest lines up with the youngest and will be picked up at the front door location.
• ***Children must be signed in and out of this event.***
